Community Schools Reporting Package
- Community
School Plan (MS Word) - to be completed during the second
year following designation and on an annual basis each subsequent year,
due June 30th or earlier as ready.
- Bi-Annual
Attendance Report (MS Excel) - formerly required
on a monthly basis . Each school is now required to submit
a report in October 31st and May 31st. This change will provide
an opportunity for your reflection and discussion of student attendance
as a staff and community.
- Three-Year
Summary Report (MS Word) - to be completed in the third
year following designation and subsequently on a three-year rotational
cycle, due June 30th. This will be summary of the three year time frame.
