The program introduces the concept that individuals change physically as they grow older. It shows that each age has its own stages of development, for example, muscular development and such things as dental development in the very young. It also stresses that while bodily functions might slow down in old age, people can do a great deal to ensure the continuation of activity and ability if they take the right precautions. An older series, but concepts are still relevant.
