Jump aerobics combines dance, aerobics, exercise, and rope jumping in time with music. The brief manual in this kit describes the benefits of this program, equipment needs, suggestions for getting started, and basic jump rope techniques. A black and white picture glossary presents the five categories of jumps: double foot jumps, foot work, criss-crosses, kicks, and turns. Seven choreographed routines are described in this resource. The cassette provides the music and directions for the routines. This resource is dated but still useful.
