This video presents a series of believable, realistic situations. A step-by-step process is illustrated for assertive behaviour in the face of being bullied. The program explains common motives behind the actions of bullies, shows non-violent, positive strategies for coping with bullies, and ways to maintain self-esteem despite bullies continued attempts to damage it.
Two children host the video presentation and enact the story of how they dealt with and overcame bullying.
A quiz is included in the teachers guide, as are several follow-up activities. Both male and female bullies are represented.
