(SK) Recent developments in the socio-economic situation of Saskatchewan's Aboriginal peoples have provided opportunities for them to become more involved in the decision-making and partnership building concerning their future. This resource provides teachers and students with a comprehensive source on population trends of Aboriginal Nations in the province; statistics on education, economic development, and employment; and information on land entitlements and Aboriginal business ventures. The resource also speaks to the social, economic, and political challenges that face Saskatchewan's First Nations peoples today.
