Arts Education - Drama
Only very rarely will drama teachers find themselves in a situation
in which none of the students will spontaneously come forward to
offer a story. However, confronted by such a situation, teachers
have a couple of options. First, they may choose to address
specific questions to one of the students who usually responds well
in role. Or, they may simply stop the drama and ask the group why
it is that they have been unable to accept the fictional situation
and assume roles within the drama.
