Arts Education - Drama
A carefully chosen costume piece or prop can loan significance to
the drama. In this case, the teacher in role has chosen to wear a
hand woven shawl. She might have chosen a walking stick or any
other prop that would support the student's belief in the role, as
well as in their own roles. Such props may also serve to function
as a symbol of the way of life of the valley dwellers.
