| Suggested Steps: | |
| 1. | Propose the following statement to the class "Si je voyage à Régina, je voyage en..?" |
| 2. | Discuss the statement made in Step 1 and continue using different destinations. |
| 3. | Steer the discussion towards vacations the students have experienced. (train, plane, cruise etc.) |
| 4. |
Discuss the steps in planning a trip. eg. where, when, what you need, how will you travel, length of vacation, etc. |
| 5. | Decide on a trip. Students may wish to do a vacation they have already taken or they may do a dream vacation. Space travel may be a dream vacation students may be interested in exploring. |
| 6. | Prepare a T.V. scroll on the vacation that you have planned. Keep in mind the questions in Step 4 which may provide different "frames" for the scroll. Some suggestions are included for the activity. |
| 7. | Share stories with classmates. |
