Unit 3.2a Topic A: Me in My School Goal: Make group booklets pertaining to Me in My School. OR Unit 3.2b Topic B: Where are the people in my school? Goal: Make a Big Book or a Bulletin Board display of the people in the school.
ANIMALS/ ANIMAUX	Unit 1.3 Topic: Pets/Favorite Animals Goal: Do a survey and graph results.	Unit 2.3 Topic: Farm Animals Goal: Make booklets of animals found on the farm.	Unit 3.3 Topic: Zoo/Circus Animals Goal: Prepare a mural showing animals in their habitat.
CLOTHING/ HABILLEMENT	Unit 1.4 Topic: Clothing related to the body. Goal: Clothe a mannequin.
ENVIRONMENT/ ENVIRONNEMENT	Unit 1.5 Topic: Calendar Goal: Create a birthday graph.	Unit 2.5a Topic A: Clothing related to weather Goal: To select clothing according to the weather and make a booklet or collage. OR Unit 2.5b Topic B: Weather Goal: Record weather and discuss/determine impact on clothing, activities etc.	Unit 3.5a Topic: Seasons Goal: Create a bulletin board showing how the change of seasons affects our lives.

Suggested Steps:
1.	Song/Story (Refer to Resources)
2.	View pictures of people with varying characteristics.
	Elle/Il a ...les cheveux (roux, bruns, frisés, raids, etc.) Elle/Il a les yeux... (bruns, bleus, etc.) Elle/Il est... (mince, court(e), petit(e), etc)
3.	Select a student to come to the front of the class and have the students describe that student.
4.	Do a survey of the class in terms of blue eyes, black hair, tall, short etc.
5.	Graph the results.
6.	In pairs, students take turns tracing one another on brown paper.
7.	Each student colors and cuts out his/her picture.
8.	Display the students' work.
