Course Overview

The following charts provide a course overview of the units included in this curriculum guide. The units are intended to show the methodology involved in creating a communicative/experiential classroom.

The units are divided into two groups, compulsory and optional. The compulsory units are developed sample units that include the steps, the activities, the annexes and a chart with possible linguistic content, vocabulary and language functions. The optional units include only the steps and the linguistic chart.

It is recommended that the teachers do the compulsory units and develop two additional units from the optional section.
