In this section of the curriculum guide, templates are included for teachers to use in gathering assessment data. Some can be used in Level A to assess a student's ability to gather information and then to evaluate both the information and the sources of information. Other templates can be used in Level B to gather data regarding a student's ability to make an informed decision. Templates are included for use in Level C, to assist in assessing a student's ability to design and carry out an action plan. The templates for assessment and evaluation are offered as suggestions. Teachers should feel free to copy them and use them as designed, or adapt them for their own needs. |
