Purpose of this Information Bulletin

The effective implementation of Middle Level Career Guidance will require the commitment and support of school administrators.

This Information Bulletin has been designed to enable school-based administrators and others to play an active role in the implementation of this curriculum. In particular, this document:

• sets Career Guidance into the context of Core Curriculum;

• outlines the aim and goals of the new curriculum;

• provides an overview of the foundational and learning objectives of the curriculum; and,

• describes considerations for curriculum implementation.
