Bob Boyer is a pow-wow dancer and a social activist. He is
also an internationally acclaimed visual artist, and head of the
Department of Indian Fine arts at the Saskatchewan Indian
Federated college. Boyer is a Métis from Prince Albert.
He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, Regina campus, in 1971. Boyer says education goes beyond teaching. You can teach information, you can teach skills. But education involves the whole human being.
